Avison Young Houston’s office announces multiple staff promotions to position clients for success

Houston, TX – Rand Stephens, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Houston office, announced today that the company is strengthening its Houston team through key staff promotions to better serve clients’ needs.

Newly promoted staff members include the following:

Taylor Doyle has been named a Senior Associate with the firm’s office-tenant representation team in Houston. He specializes in lease negotiations, expansions and relocations.

“Taylor’s negotiating skills and ability to develop creative real estate solutions are a vital asset to our tenant representation team,” comments Avison Young Principal Charlie Neuhaus, who is based in the firm’s Houston office. “He will continue to focus on the office market while expanding Avison Young’s footprint in the Houston area.”

Prior to joining Avison Young, Doyle attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he started as center for the Texas Longhorns. He was named the No. 1 center in 2014 and to the watch list for the 2015 Rimington Trophy, which honors the top center in the nation.

Andrew Minchew has been promoted to Webmaster for Avison Young. He works with the firm’s corporate headquarters on the development and design of the Avison Young website. He also assists with identifying and testing new technology to better serve clients. Minchew joined Avison Young’s Houston office as Marketing Manager in 2016.

Jack Penman has been named Marketing Manager for Avison Young’s Houston office. He specializes in graphic design with more than 10 years of experience creating branding strategies with creative visuals that best serve commercial real estate clients. Penman joined Avison Young as a graphic designer in 2018.
