Michael Dender joins Avison Young in Houston

Houston, TX – Rand Stephens, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Houston office, announced today the strategic hiring of commercial real estate professional Michael Dender.
Effective immediately, Dender becomes an Associate in the company’s Houston office, focusing on landlord representation and expansion of the firm’s agency leasing service line working closely with Principals Sam Hansen and Doug Pack.

Dender holds a Bachelor of Science degree in in finance from Louisiana State University (LSU) and is an active member of the LSU Alumni Association Houston Chapter.
