Avison Young brokers 63-AC land sale in northeast Harris County

Houston, TX – Avison Young today announced today that it has negotiated the sale of 63 acres of land at Atascocita Rd., northeast of Wilson Rd. in Humble, Texas.

Avison Young Principal Tommy LeBlanc and John-Michael Kamel, an Associate in the firm’s Houston office, represented the seller, Sowell & Company in the land sale to USA Waste of Texas Landfills, Inc.

Sowell & Company is one of the largest land developers in Texas and for 50 years has been in the real estate business of acquisitions, sales and development across various product types.
