Andrea Gardner is a Senior Associate for the Mason-Lindenberger team who has a keen insight of the commercial real estate industry from both the client and the service provider perspective which allows her to identify with clients’ needs and deliver optimum results.
Gardner provides financial analysis for all transactions, monitors facility operating expenses, such as utility costs, maintenance items and real estate taxes. Her expertise in lease language is a valued asset during negotiations and her proficiency in Landlord Operating Expense Reconciliation Review produces more than $100,000 in savings annually. Gardner is also responsible for lease database management, lease abstracts, including tracking critical dates and FASB compliance review.
Prior to joining Avison Young in 2013, Gardner worked on a brokerage team at Mason Partners where she was responsible for transaction management, client portfolio management, and Enterprise Solutions. She also supervised the corporate real estate department for a Fortune 500 Company with a portfolio of 130 national properties consisting of 12 million square feet.
She is currently a member of CoreNet and working on her MCR Designation.
