Austin Stacey is a Financial Analyst for the Capital Markets team led by Principal Darrell Betts, CCIM. Bringing more than four years of working experience across acquisitions, marketing, and sales, he’s responsible for underwriting and the analysis of current and historical deals. In his role, he assists with the closing process, supporting marketing efforts and client relations.
Stacey joins Avison Young following a program at the Howard Hughes Corporation where he supported capital markets and development teams, analyzing masterplan community projects. During his degree, he worked in acquisitions and leasing for Gamma Property Holdings, building a $17M SFR portfolio across Austin and San Antonio.
