Michelle Goynes serves as a Client Services Coordinator for the tenant representation team in Avison Young's Houston office. She manages a diverse range of key corporate transaction services, including market research, lease abstracts and site selection assistance. Michelle is instrumental in the division’s marketing efforts, including brand strategy, business development, email marketing, graphic design and print production. She is also highly skilled at generating compelling marketing collateral and sales presentations that align with client goals and objectives.

Prior to Avison Young, Michelle has had more than five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, working previously with companies such as Cresa and Stream Realty Partners. She also had a distinguished 10-year career with the U.S. Army before transitioning to commercial real estate.
