As Associate Director, Rhonda Byrum is currently responsible for the management and oversight of a portfolio consisting of seven class A and B office buildings in the Katy Freeway submarket totalling over 1,065,000 square feet. She has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate property management. She has worked with various institutional investment groups and individual owners such as Koll Bren Schreiber, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Inc., Sessan Woodbranch, Inc, Manero’s Texas Realty, Ellingstone Advisors, LLC and SCI Texas Funeral Services, LLC.

Over the years she has been promoted to a variety of diverse management assignments including management of class A high rise and suburban office building and construction oversight of two new LEED Silver® certified buildings.
