Kathy Gigac appointed to Managing Director in Raleigh, NC

Raleigh, NC – Avison Young today announced the appointment of Kathy Gigac, Principal, to Managing Director for the firm’s Raleigh-Durham office, as she continues to lead the Occupier Solutions team for the Raleigh-Durham market. Gigac will focus on methodical and targeted business development and strategic expansion of the brokerage team for the Raleigh-Durham market.

Gigac brings more than 20 years of specialized tenant advisory services, enterprise solutions, corporate relocations, build-to-suit projects, expansions and consolidations. She has consistently been recognized as a top producer in the Raleigh-Durham market and across North Carolina. Gigac is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and on the board of Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW). She has earned numerous professional accolades over the years, including TCAR Million Dollar Leasing Club, TCAR Largest Lease Transaction of the Year, TCAR Lifetime Achievement Recognition and many more.
