Zach Burton brings a data-focused approach to his commercial real estate practice, one that he honed for nearly five years at Cumulus Media in the Indianapolis media market. At Avison Young, Zach draws on his experience in building long-term relationships with artists and recording labels, as well as forecasting emerging trends, to ensure his clients’ real estate needs are aligned with their strategic growth plans. 

Zach comes from a family well-versed in commercial real estate, property development and property management, resulting in a unique perspective on the evolving central Indiana market. A 2021 graduate of Anderson University, Zach maintained a full academic and athletic (cross country and track) schedule while working at WZPL FM in Indianapolis.
