Monica Montez Smith joined Avison Young in the fall of 2017, serving as an Operations Manager & Marketing Coordinator for the Orange County region.

Monica transitioned to the Inland Empire office in the beginning of 2020. She uses her extensive real estate experience to manage the client services, operations and marketing for the office. She also uses her skills to complete adhoc projects for the Southern California region.
