Randy Buddemeyer brings to Avison Young over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in brokerage and property management services. Specializing in strategic real estate planning, leasing and investment sales, Randy leverages his industry knowledge to lead Avison Young’s Florida region in providing integrated real estate solutions to clients across the state.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Randy served as the president of property management services at a leading global real estate agency. In this role, he oversaw nearly 200 million square feet of investment properties and facilities throughout the country and Mexico. Randy also successfully strengthened the firm’s presence in the Southeast by opening a new location in North Carolina and by transitioning three affiliate Florida locations to owned offices.

Earlier in his career, Randy worked for another top commercial real estate firm as its managing director for asset services and practice leader for agency office leasing in Florida. In addition, Randy has experience directing property services operations for the company’s Washington metropolitan area, and presiding over the management operations for another major commercial real estate development company in Washington, DC.
