Avison Young closed the $31 million, 193,000 sq.ft. four-building office portfolio at 1965 & 1967 Hawks Landing Lane and 3225 & 3231 North Star Circle in Louisville, TN (Blount County). The disposition team at Avison Young led by John M. Adams III SIOR, CCIM and Brian Tapp CCIM represented Stock Creek Properties in the disposition.

These properties are conveniently located to Pellissippi Parkway between McGhee Tyson Airport and I40/75. These properties have been exceptionally maintained and were 100% leased as they were built in phases in 2000, 2006, 2011 & 2015.
