Kristin Hawkins is the Property Administrator for the Property Management team. She has over 7 years of office management/administrator experience as well as extensive experience with customer service. She assists the property managers with excellent service to tenants and vendors. Her responsibilities include depositing checks, initial coding for accounts payable invoices, maintaining office supplies, planning and implantation of periodic tenant events, maintenance, and coordination of insurance files for both tenants and vendors, along with other administrative duties when needed. She works effectively as a team player and can be counted on to be a positive and upbeat office influence.
