Avison Young announces 1st Annual Charity CRE Pickleball Tournament to benefit Serving Our Kids Foundation.
Las Vegas, NV – Global real estate advisory firm Avison Young is excited to announce Battle of the Paddle its First Annual Charity Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Pickleball Tournament, taking place on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Chicken N Pickle, located at 3381 Saint Rose Parkway in Henderson, NV.
This one-of-a-kind event brings together the local commercial real estate community for an afternoon of friendly competition, networking, and giving back — all in support of Serving Our Kids Foundation, a local nonprofit that provides weekend meals to food-insecure children in Southern Nevada.
The tournament features two divisions to accommodate players of all skill levels:
- Social Division – For beginners and casual players
- Competitive Division – Bracket-style, doubles-format play with single elimination
Whether you're swinging a paddle for the first time or a seasoned pickleball pro, there’s something for everyone. Tickets are $100 and the event will include food, drinks, equipment (paddles and balls), raffles, a costume contest prize for the best dressed team/pair, and plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues and community leaders.

- Trophies for Competitive Division winners
- Award for Best Dressed Team/Pair in the Costume Contest
