Avison Young negotiates corporate HQ/industrial lease totaling 53,552 sf in Cerritos, CA on behalf of Performance Machine

Los Angeles – Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced today it has negotiated a 75-month, 53,552-square-foot (sf) industrial lease at 16121 Carmenita Road in Cerritos, CA on behalf of the tenant, Performance Machine. Performance Machine is the leading premium manufacturer of motorcycle wheels, parts, brake systems, and other accessories. The space will serve as the company’s corporate headquarters and will also be used for manufacturing and distribution functions. 

Avison Young Senior Vice President Blake Olson and Principal and Managing Director Jonathan Larsen who are based out of the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office, represented the tenant. The landlord, Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc., was represented by Clyde Stauff and Stephen Calhoun of Colliers International.  

“Performance Machine is relocating from its current nearby La Palma location with move-in anticipated to occur by year-end,” said Olson. “The company liked the space as it provides a central location for its employees; was recently renovated by the institutional ownership; and provides the ideal layout to further enhance its operational efficiencies.”

The property features a two-story office area, two double exterior truck wells, five grade-level loading doors, 20- to 22-foot clear heights, 83 parking stalls, skylights, fenced yards, and convenient access to the 5 and 91 freeways.
