Avison Young brokers $4.88 million sale of multi-tenant retail property occupied by Guitar Center and Alida Restaurant Supply in Plano, TX28 Sep 2021
Los Angeles, CA – Avison Young announced today the $4.881 million sale of a 28,075 square-foot (sf) multi-tenant retail property located at 2333 North Central Expressway in Plano, TX.
Avison Young Principals Chris Maling and David Maling, who are based in the company’s downtown Los Angeles office, represented the seller, Los Angeles-based Plano Expressway BDS LP. The buyer, a Texas-based private equity group, was represented by Tabani Realty.
Built in 1990, the property is situated on a highly trafficked thoroughfare, North Central Expressway, which sees 208,000 vehicles a day. It is located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, one of the most desirable real estate investment markets within the region.
