Global real estate advisor Avison Young has been tapped to market Laguna Vista, an ±80-acre mixed-use waterfront development site located on Biscayne Bay at 17777 Old Cutler Road in the Palmetto Bay submarket of Miami, Florida for sale. The fully entitled site is one of the largest contiguous redevelopment opportunities in Miami-Dade County, offering the opportunity to establish the first integrated mixed-use destination in South Dade.
