Brian J. Richardson has achieved a comprehensive understanding of Florida’s commercial real estate market during his 12 year career.
Richardson is a Principal and senior member of the Advisory Services Group, providing leasing, consulting, and disposition services to institutional, regional, and local property owners, lenders, and users.
Areas of expertise in site selection/tenant representation include site evaluation, development planning, lease and purchase contract negotiations, and property disposition services. Since his entry in the commercial real estate industry, Richardson has successfully implemented development plans and growth strategies for multiple national, regional, and local tenants and retail real estate development companies throughout the state of Florida. Significant assignments include AT&T, Starbucks, Panera Bread, National City / PNC Bank, and Chase Bank.
Mr. Richardson has extensive experience leasing and marketing a variety of retail real estate assets including grocery anchored shopping centers, power centers, single tenant buildings, and unanchored strip centers. Richardson consistently meets the objective of implementing successful marketing strategies which maximize the profitability of the asset and create long term value.
Mr. Richardson is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesman in the State of Florida. Mr. Richardson has been a resident of Palm Beach County since 1998 and is a graduate of the Palm Beach Atlantic University Rinker School of Business.
