Chris Peckholdt is a Director specializing in real estate appraisal and consulting services for the Florida Region of Avison Young.  He has been working in the field of real estate valuation since 2007.

Peckholdt has appraised a wide variety of income-producing properties and has prepared appraisal and market studies for a variety of purposes, including institutional portfolio valuation, arbitration, estate planning, gifting, income tax, lease negotiation, litigation, lending, and various corporate planning purposes.  His particular areas of specialty are litigation support in foreclosure actions, matrimonial and other disputes, portfolio valuation, and review appraisals.

Peckholdt’s experience extends over many property types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, and land.

Credentials

Peckholdt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.  He has taken extensive real estate finance and valuation coursework throughout his studies, including the complete set of state license qualifying and advanced coursework from the Appraisal Institute.
