Avison Young expands Capital Markets expertise in Minneapolis

Suzanne Schefcik joins Avison Young as an Associate Broker

Minneapolis, MN– Tate Krosschell, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s Minneapolis office today announced the strategic hiring of Suzanne Schefcik as an Associate Broker. Schefcik will focus on serving clients and expanding the Capital Markets presence in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

“We are delighted to have Suzanne join our Minneapolis team,” said Krosschell. “Her knowledge of negotiations and underwriting strategies to value retail, office and industrial investment properties will be a great asset.”

Suzanne began her professional real estate career in 2020 enhancing new business development, assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, fulfilling a range of marketing functions through advertisements, email marketing and search engine optimization. Before entering commercial real estate, she was an outreach director where she increased annual revenue by 25% to more than $1.8 million.

Suzanne graduated from University of Minnesota Duluth with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environmental Studies and Anthropology. She also received a Master of Arts degree from Western Washington University.
