Max Nolan is a member of a Minnesota-based team of real estate advisors exclusively focused on tenant representation and integrated portfolio solutions. The team’s track record of success includes long-term client relationships with Fortune 500 Corporations, law firms, financial services organizations, portfolio occupier clients and local tenants of all sizes.

Prior to joining this team, Max was an insight analyst on Avison Young’s AVANT team, wherehe was responsible for obtaining real estate data and business intelligence harvested from over one hundred data providers creating customized solutions for Avison Young clients.

Max began his real estate career as marketing manager for Novak Construction Company in Chicago, Illinois. He enjoys traveling, fitness, history, live music, and spending time with family and friends.
