Henry Trost is a Vice President at Avison Young where he is an office building and site selection consultant representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in and around Nashville. Along with general office expertise, he specializes in medical office and healthcare real estate. Henry manages all aspects of client needs from market surveys and feasibility studies to contracts and lease administration. 

With almost 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Henry has worked in all facets of the business including development, brokerage and project management. He was previously with HealthCare REIT (now WellTower) where he was Regional Leasing Director for the Midwest Region Portfolio. Prior to that, he worked as an independent real estate consultant with several development firms, acting as an owner’s rep for both shell development and tenant build-out projects.
