Spencer Smith is a Senior Associate with Avison Young's Nashville office specializing in office leasing and investment sales. Prior to joining Avison Young, Spencer developed leasing experience primarily with office properties in Cincinnati. Beginning in 2017, Spencer relocated to Nashville and played a role in executing over $50 million in leasing and investment sales volume.

Currently, Spencer advises local and institutional property owners and local entities as well. A native of Nashville, Spencer attended Brentwood Academy and Samford University in Birmingham, AL.
