Nick Balancia is an Insight Analyst for the New Jersey market and is part of the Insights and Innovation (I&I) team within Avison Young. As New Jersey's local I&I analyst, Nick, in partnership with New Jersey brokerage operations, is focused on the implementation and application of AVANT by Avison Young to gain competitive market and other key commercial real estate insights. Nick has over three years of experience as a data analyst, including his time at a development firm where he was responsible for investment, property and market analysis.
