Brent specializes in tenant representation in the New York Metro area, providing brokerage services, including real estate consulting, strategic planning, financial analysis, lease analysis, and negotiations. He is highly motivated and passionate about creating bespoke real estate strategies to meet his clients’ unique occupancy goals. Brent is dedicated to his clients’ successes and leverages his work ethic, attention to detail, deep understanding of market dynamics and creative deal structuring.

Brent has represented a diverse array of tenants across a variety of industries. A partial list of notable clients includes Edgewater Markets LLC, Invest Northern Ireland, Red Associates, The Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA), National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD) and YWCA Retirement Fund – among many others.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Brent was a Senior Director at InterRelate Group, where he specialized in tenant representation. In collaboration with CEO, Thomas Kaufman, Brent was a top-producing broker. Additionally, Brent helped to train and mentor new employees in several key areas, including financial analysis, market analysis, and lease abstracts.

Brent received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.

Brent is a competitive runner and in his free time enjoys playing golf, cooking, andtraveling.
