Dylan Kronenberg is an Analyst in Avison Young’s New York City Office.

As an analyst on the Valuation Advisory Services Team, Kronenberg supports the team by providing appraisal and valuation consulting services and market analysis reports on a diverse range of property types nationwide. Kronenberg also contributes to Avison Young’s Market Overview reports.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Kronenberg was an Asset Management and Acquisitions intern at Pangea Properties, a Private REIT in Chicago. Before that, he worked as a Capital Markets intern at Bradford Allen, a full-service commercial real estate firm in Chicago.

Kronenberg is currently at NYU completing his Master of Science in Real Estate. Previously, he graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Mathematics Emphasis, and a minor in Business.
