Charles (“Charlie”) F. Allen joined Avison Young in July, 2014, specializing in corporate office space consulting with a focus on tenant representation and green office design and planning (LEED). He enjoys helping companies achieve their ideal corporate culture.

Charlie began his career as a Senior Research and Financial Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield in the San Francisco East Bay in 1993. Since 1994, he has worked as a broker specializing in tenant and landlord representation and real estate advisory & strategy services throughout the East Bay and for several clients nationally. His approach combines high ethical standards and listening to the client to help achieve their ideal facility goals. He is very proud of a long successful track record with repeat clients.

Mr. Allen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with honors, from San Francisco State University. Charlie is very involved with Inner City Advisors (ICA) and has served as a Business Advisor since 2006, offering pro-bono commercial real estate assistance including lease review and strategic planning to ICA clients. Inner City Advisors helps build sustainable and responsible inner city businesses that create equality jobs, reinvest in the community, and contribute to the local economy.
