Nicole Young has over five years of project management experience. In this role, she helps oversee construction and building improvement projects across California and throughout the southwest.

Nicole works with assignments related to retail, relocations, space build-outs, capital improvement and renovation projects, and new commercial real estate developments. She is well versed in the many facets of project and construction management and project due diligence. Pre-construction activities, preparing Requests for Proposals (RFP) and contracts for architects, General Contractors, and vendors, vendor coordination, preparing project budgets and schedules, project status reporting, among other tasks. Her greatest success is consistently delivering projects on time and under budget.

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in City and Regional Planning with a focus on Construction Management.
