Based in the firm’s Irvine office, Jerry Holdner is responsible for leading the region’s Innovation and Insight, AVANT team, which crafts data-based, analytically informed commercial real estate analyses for Southern California markets.

With more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Holdner has published and distributed quarterly commercial real estate market reports for over 20 years in all real estate sectors covering more than 15 markets across Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. He joins Avison Young most recently as a consultant and has also held positions at Kidder Mathews, Voit Real Estate Services, and Grubb & Ellis.

Holdner is an MBA graduate of Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts graduate of California State University, Fullerton. Since 2007 he has also been a member of the Chapman University Economic Advisor Board.
