Avison Young bolsters Philadelphia presence with key Principal hire

Tommy Ciccarone to support growth initiatives and expand brokerage capabilities throughout Chester County

Philadelphia, PA – Global commercial real estate advisory firm Avison Young today announces that Tommy Ciccarone has joined as Principal in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He will focus on growing the firm’s market presence and expanding brokerage and advisory services throughout Chester County and the surrounding suburban Philadelphia region.

Ciccarone brings a strong background in commercial real estate brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, business development and client advisory services throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Before joining Avison Young, he worked with Bennett Williams Commercial and prior to that Precision Realty Group, where he advised property owners, investors and occupiers across a variety of commercial asset types throughout the region.
