Candace Ly joined Avison Young as an Assistant Project Manager after being a Residential Structural Engineer with Mulhern + Kulp. She was responsible for designing the gravity and lateral framing needed for wood-framed single family homes and townhomes. Prior to Mulhern + Kulp, she graduated Drexel University with a degree in Architectural Engineering and interned at Thornton Tomasetti. Candace now assists Project Managers at Avison Young with scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating tasks with clients to ensure projects are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.
