Phoenix, AZ – Avison Young announced today the $3.4 million sale of a 4.29-acre land parcel for future commercial development located at the northeast corner of Watson Road and Interstate 10 in Buckeye, AZ. 

Avison Young Principals James DeCremer and Matt Milinovich, and Senior Associate Alec Miller who are based in the Phoenix office represented the seller, Phoenix-based North I-10 Five, LLC. The buyer, Armstrong Capital Development was represented by Alex Clark at Common Bond Development Group.

“This parcel is well-located at a regionally significant interchange that is visible from Interstate 10 and is directly across the street from more than 300 homes that are coming soon,” said DeCremer. “Buckeye is one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities and there is considerable demand for residential, retail, medical and other commercial development.”
