Dave brings over 30 years of hands-on management experience with class A office, retail, mixed-use, and educational facilities. He is a strong leader and problem solver who has a strong track record of empowering his teams to achieve complex company and client goals.

Dave recently joined Avison Young as a Senior Property Manager. Previously, he was the Director of Operations in Property Management at Colliers International, where he supervised 25 employees and 6 direct reports. Dave was responsible for Phoenix based REMS (Real Estate Management Services) for 10 million square feet of 3rd party management for class A office, mixed-use, industrial, retail and educational facilities in Phoenix, Tucson and Lake Havasu.

Prior to Colliers, Dave was a General Manager for Simon-owned Arizona Mills where he supervised a 15-member management team including Director of Operations, Director of Marketing & Business Development, Director of Security, Guest Services Manager and administrative staff for a 1,240,000 square foot shopping/ entertainment complex. During his time at Arizona Mills, he achieved 3%+ growth per year in EBITDA.
