Debra specializes in brokerage services for tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers of commercial & industrial properties.  With over 17 years of experience, she is an expert in developing optimal real estate strategies & executing solutions for her clients.  Prior to joining the Avison Young Phoenix office, Debra was a Principal and Managing Broker for a Chicago area real estate firm working primarily in the O’Hare market where she completed over 500 transactions and represented a wide range of local, national and international clients from manufacturing, distribution, logistics and service sectors.
