In a career nearly two decades in the making, Dominic represents multi-market and global clients with industrial (both general and manufacturing) and office requirements, which involve the management of a project from site selection, contract negotiation, third-party selection and engagement, while all the time keeping focused on his client's real estate bench-marking goals.

In addition to the financial implications of a real estate transaction, Dominic is passionate about Commercial Real Estate's critical role in the implementation of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) throughout the culture of a company. He works diligently with clients, asking the pertinent and sometimes difficult questions that allow a company's sustainability and social governance goals to become a tangible part of their daily lives.

Dominic's geographical area of expertise focuses in the Southeast Valley area concentrating on the Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway
Airport, as they continue their rapid growth. For almost 9 years Dominic also served on the City of Mesa's Economic Development Advisory Board (EDAB)
which helped to increase his knowledge of what was happening in the City of Mesa as well as the surrounding communities. It also showed him the critical
connection necessary between public and private entities in order to provide communities with developments that will continue to serve for generations to come.
