Sam began her commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2019 after graduating from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies. During her three years with CBRE, she managed one of the top assets in Phoenix, The Esplanade, which included over one million square feet of mixed-use space. She excelled in building strong tenant relations with each of the 80+ tenants on the property. Sam was promoted to Assistant Property Manager and won CBRE’s Property Management “Team Player of the Year” award in 2020. She transitioned to Avison Young in April 2022 where her sole focus is on managing retail shopping centers.
