Tate Blalock serves as the Data Analyst and Market Insight Specialist for Avison Young's Phoenix and Las Vegas offices. His goal is to leverage market intelligence for thought leadership content, track key real estate, and economic metrics to produce industry-leading insights, and support brokers in developing successful client strategies. In addition to his aforementioned responsibilities, Tate is also responsible for managing Avison Young's proprietary database and analytics software "Avant", as well as composing quarterly and annual publications including market reports, economic overviews, and market area highlights.

Prior to joining Avison Young Tate Blalock was a commercial real estate broker. This experience gives him firsthand insight into the inner workings of the real estate market and an in-depth understanding of the needs of brokers and their clients in his current role.
