Ty Gradwell joined Avison Young in June of 2022 as an Associate. Ty’s primary area of focus is tenant representation, agency leasing, buyer representation and seller representation in both industrial and office space in Pittsburgh’s Westmoreland County and Indiana County submarkets. His start in commercial real estate began working with the Advisory & Transaction Services Group at CBRE and the Investment Advisory Group at Oxford Development. 

A graduate of the College of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh, Ty earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida. Ty is a native of Indiana, PA and currently resides in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. He enjoys history, golf, and hockey.
