Avison Young tapped to market 141,960-square-foot Class A industrial building in Raleigh, North Carolina submarket

Raleigh, NC – Global real estate advisor Avison Young has been tapped by AdVenture Development to market a 141,960-square-foot (sf) Class A industrial building within Eastfield Business Park, the industrial portion of Eastfield Crossing, a 435-acre master-planned mixed-use development located in Selma, North Carolina for lease or sale. Groundbreaking is slated for early Q3 2026 with delivery anticipated in Q1 2027.
Avison Young Senior Vice Presidents Evan Sassaman and John Gainey are leading marketing efforts for the building as well as the more than 82 acres readily available for additional build-to-suit, lease or sale opportunities at Eastfield Business Park.
