As research manager, Emily is responsible for directing all research activity for Avison Young’s Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte offices.  She leverages market intelligence for thought leadership content and tracks key real estate and economic metrics to produce industry-leading insights. In this role, Emily also supports the firm’s efforts in executing successful client strategies.

Prior to her current position, Emily served as the Research Analyst for Avison Young’s Raleigh-Durham office for three years, during which time she was responsible for tracking and analyzing commercial real estate market data. In addition to gathering and processing data, she assisted Avison Young’s research and brokerage teams with the composition of quarterly and annual publications including market reports, economic overviews and market area highlights. Emily began her real estate career in 2004 in Washington, DC and has more than eight years of market research experience.

Emily is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
