Andrew Meyers has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and has handled transactions totaling over 10 million square feet. He specializes in representing industrial and office tenants and in representing investment buyers including 1031 Exchange investors.

Andrew has an extensive background in real estate analysis, market-based underwriting, due diligence, arranging financing, and raising equity. He has 23 years of experience with Argus financial evaluation software and is a graduate of Argus’ advanced training. Andrew has multi-market experience, having closed industrial, office, and retail transactions spanning 25 cities nationwide.

Andrew has extensive financial and analytical expertise including extensive investment property sales experience and market-based underwriting. Andrew is experienced in structuring “alternative” financing techniques which often opens up a whole new world of possibilities for our clients.
