Chris Lundstrom is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience managing an extensive range of assets for regional, national and global clients. His expertise includes complex asset management, robust financial reporting and analysis, organizational modelling, process optimization and initiation, as well as large scale RFP, capital development, acquisition and disposition planning. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Chris worked for nationally known clients managing Class A, Retail, Industrial, R&D and a heavy concentration of Data Center/Mission Critical assets. His clients have been a mix of publicly traded and private companies, with 16 years concentrated experience working for multiple Real Estate Investment Trust entities.
