Caroline Lawler joined Avison Young in April 2016 as the Marketing Director for the Washington, DC Agency Leasing Practice. In this role Caroline is responsible for marketing over 6 million square feet of commercial office space including the development of all marketing initiatives, branding, identity building, budget creation and implementation and event planning.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Caroline spent six years at Cassidy Turley managing the marketing for more than 16 million square feet of office space in Washington, DC.
