Jeff Thomas joined Avison Young’s U.S. Capital Markets Group in 2021. Based in Washington, DC, Jeff’s primary responsibilities include working alongside Avison Young’s local and national deal teams to provide financial analysis in the valuation of assets of all product types, including office, multifamily, medical office, retail and industrial.  Prior to joining Avison Young, Jeff spent two years with a commercial real estate valuation and advisory firm.

Jeff graduated from Boston College in 2019 with a B.A. in Economics, where he played with the BC Men’s Rugby Club.
