Olivia Vietor joined Avison Young in 2021 with a focus on both tenant and landlord representation. Her responsibilities include developing leasing strategies, securing tenants and leveraging the resources of the firm to achieve best-in-class real estate solutions for Avison Young clients. Ms. Vietor boasts a diverse background of experience in commercial real estate giving her a creative and unique approach to office leasing.

Olivia’s career began in marketing at Cassidy Turley, where she worked in tandem with a plethora of institutional ownerships to create and execute marketing plans for all exclusive landlord listings. After Cassidy Turley, Olivia joined Property Group Partners where she oversaw all marketing efforts for the company’s developments, and worked with the in-house and third-party leasing teams on office and retail leasing efforts. Olivia’s prime focus remained on the company’s 2.2 Million square foot mixed-use spec build project in downtown DC, Capitol Crossing. She then went to work for CBRE in 2017 as an Associate, focusing on landlord representation in Northern Virginia.
