Marko Glavadanovic joined Avison Young’s Long Island office in 2018 as a Senior Director specializing in industrial and office transactions. Throughout his career, Glavadanovic has represented a wide range of tenants, from single-office occupiers to multi-national corporations, in the development and implementation of leasing and owner occupancy strategies for office and industrial space.  This includes strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis and lease or sale negotiations.

Glavadanovic also represents landlords in the sale marketing and leasing commercial assets, resulting in increased values and returns for investors. Regardless of the type of assignment, Glavadanovic always takes a holistic and consultative approach to solving his clients’ problems.

Previously, Glavadanovic was a Senior Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Long Island with a focus on industrial and office transactions.  He also served as a sales and Project Manager at AKS International (“AKS”) in Long Island City where he was a member of the project team working on projects at LaGuardia Airport, Lehman College and Hudson Yards.  Prior to AKS, Mr. Glavadanovic held a senior executive position with Allergan Inc. and Hrvatska (Croatian Post Bank, Inc.) while living abroad.
