Indianapolis, IN– Avison Young today announced that it has negotiated the lease renewal of an 180,000 square-foot (sf) industrial warehouse at 5110 W. 74th Street in Indianapolis, IN, in Park 100 Business Park.

Avison Young Principal Sean McHale, SIOR based in the firm’s Indianapolis office exclusively represented the  Tenant, Trends International, Inc. on securing a 7-year lease commitment. Michael Weishaar, SIOR and Grant Lindley of Cushman and Wakefield represented LINK Industrial who is the Landlord of the property.
