Avison Young brokers $7.5M sale of Greenville Scottish Rite Center
Redevelopment opportunity sells for $7,500,000
Greenville, SC – Avison Young announced today that it has brokered the sale of a 255,261-square-foot (sf) redevelopment opportunity located at 817 Cleveland Street in Greenville, South Carolina.Greenville Lodge of Perfection, Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, the seller, was represented by Senior Vice President, Rob Howell, Vice President, Kristin Cameron McDonald, and Principal, Gary Lyons, CCIM, SIOR who are based in the firm’s Greenville office. The property was purchased by 817 Cleveland Development Partners, LLC (ARCE).
