Ken Kearns and Brendan Kelley join the firm as Principals bringing 40+ years of combined full-service commercial real estate experience

Philadelphia, PA – Avison Young today announces Ken Kearns and Brendan Kelley joining the firm’s Philadelphia office as Principals, expanding reach and capabilities across an array of asset classes and enhancing Avison Young’s growing team in Philadelphia.

Kearns and Kelley, partners and co-founders of Cadence Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a boutique full-service commercial real estate and advisory firm, have 45 years of combined experience in all real estate classes.  Kearns has been representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers for 25 years in the greater Philadelphia region and has overseen the leasing efforts of many of the region’s top private landlords, securing over a million square feet of leases through tenant representation.  During his time at Cadence Real Estate Advisors, Kelley has stabilized and sold some of the market’s larger scale assets within the core city and suburban submarkets, while also representing tenants nationally. Prior to co-founding Cadence, he provided brokerage services, development and portfolio management for the Binswanger Company, The Buccini/Pollin Group and Virtus Realty Advisors.
