Lisa Smith joins Avison Young as Associate broker in Charleston
Firm grows office & investment services with new hire
Charleston, SC – Chris Fraser, CCIM, Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s South Carolina offices today announced the strategic hiring of Lisa Smith as an Associate focusing on office sales and leasing in the greater Charleston area.
“We are excited to welcome Lisa to our team of experienced office professionals in Charleston,” said Fraser. “Her experience in the market, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit make her a valuable addition to our team and the clients we serve.”
Smith began her commercial real estate career in 2021, executing 18 transactions in her first 18 months. She has helped clients from an array of industries including medical, architecture and design, commercial landscaping, daycare services, and retail goods. Prior to becoming a commercial broker, Lisa worked as an executive pastry chef in Atlanta for many years, and also owned her own catering company.
